Mohammed Ali Al swailem Group (MASCO) is a general contractor specialized in different field of construction that range from infrastructure to building, water, environmental and power projects.
MASCO was founded in 1984 by: Mohammed Ali ALswailem who had started his carrier in early 1950's as an employee in Arab American Oil Company (Aramco) which sharpen his talent and vision to establish in mid 1960s his own sole partnership corporation which was solely specializing in road construction. In 1970's His Corporation was one of the leading national companies participating in first a construction boom during 70's, building number of major highways and infrastructure projects across the Kingdom such as Qassim-Riyadh Highway. In 1984 the company was incorporated to be a Limited partnership to become full diversified construction company concentrating in Operation and maintenance services.
The company had been involved in the national industry field beside construction activities. MASCO had established water purification industry that covered most of areas of the Kingdom. Steel molds, die industries, food processing and electrical and telecommunication cables industry were presenting MASCO major industrial activities. Masco industrial products were produced in according with Saudi standards as well as other industrial standards, health requirements and all related environmental standard requirement.
MASCO currently has changed its legal status to joint stock company to be strong and stable in facing the current challenges facing family business in case of succession

Operating in one of the most complicated regions of the world whether politically, socially or financially. This engraved our strengths as a fierce competitor and unbreakable performer. Along time, MASCO stood while many of comparable size players faded away.
We attribute this resilience to our people. Each and every member ever worked with MASCO immediately becomes one of the family forever. We have the best in class in each aspect. They dedicate their lives to MASCO and in return we take very good care of them and their families.
Our founder created a unique corporate faith. We believe that transparent communication, whether upstream or downstream, is the number one rout to success. MASCO is like an operations room full of surgent and nurses, each and every team member know precisely their role and do it perfectly right. Each one of us understand that the difference between life and death is just one mistake.
We also believe in empowerment and accountability. Giving enough liberty to our employees to be responsibly creative and share in decisions always lead to the most efficient outcomes. The efficient connection between results and performance makes the best stimulus. And without empowerment this link can never be built.
Our team is extremely diversified in terms of all aspects of humanity differences. Yet, our organization is always strong, effective and smooth where there is zero tolerance for discrimination on any bases. This gives our employees the respect and the emotional safety they deserve. Looking into the future we set the strategy to grow both organically and inorganically. Also, both horizontally and vertically. We are expanding our business nodes discovering new adventures. We are entering new markets with the persistence to succeed like what we did before.
